Healing Hands Community Doula Project is dedicated to providing high quality perinatal care to Black Women by Black Women. Our doulas serve with the intention of supporting the woman through 40 weeks of pregnancy, through a complication free and low intervention labor and delivery and easing the transition of mama, infant and family through the first year post partum.
All of our doulas are independent contractors. Each doula with Healing Hands Community Doula Project is a certified doula and carries her own liability insurance. She has also undergone and cleared a background check with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Central Registry.
